We are happy to report that the TSC Staff Recruiting Program is returning for 2024!
In the spirit of attracting new staff members to Wapomeo and Ahmek we wanted to provide some incentive for you, our best camp ambassadors, to help bring new people into the fold.
Camp functions on people. People who are enthusiastic about summer camp and the outdoors. And some people simply haven’t had the opportunity to experience that magic yet- they weren’t campers or at least weren’t campers at TSC.
We know that YOU know what it takes to thrive at camp so we would love to have you find other people who might do the same.
We currently have very strong interest in certain areas of the staff roster but other areas will require new people as we always do.
We have found in the past that many new staff to camp, after getting over their their initial culture shock, fall in LOVE with camp- maybe in a different role or in a slightly different way than you- perhaps as program staff instead of canoe tripping addicts. But we would like the opportunity to see if they can experience what we all love about camp and see what they can offer the camper experience.
So…… camp will pay you $325 for each person you recruit brand NEW to TSC, and who remains successfully contracted with us for the full season.
If you are not returning to work with us this coming season, we are happy to announce we can still offer you the same incentive by way of an expense reimbursement (ie we don’t have to have you contracted onto the 2024 staff roster in order to take advantage of this incentive).
We ran this program last season as you may recall and happy to report that a couple industrious staff went home with an extra 900$ in their pocket. The camp is eager to help you help us so please spread the word!
