One Way Camper Email

Please note: We are no longer using eCamp and cannot accept emails sent through the eCamp system.

As we gear up for another great summer at Canoe Lake, we are offering one-way Camper Email for all campers. We are excited to tell you that this year we are offering one-way email services supported by CampBrain!  That’s right – you don’t have to wait several days for the letters you write to your campers to arrive at camp.  The best part is that you can also invite your friends and family members to send emails to your campers! Please note – you can only send email once your camper is at camp during their session. You cannot send emails prematurely.

Setting Up An Account

You can use the same login as when you registered your camper(s) at camp on our website.  You will use the same account to access email system (no additional usernames or passwords to worry about!). If you are not the parent who registered your campers, please create an account here and give us a call at 705-633-5573 to add you to your camper’s email account for email.

Logging In

Click Here to login.  If you forget your password, you can always click on the ‘Forgot your username or password?’ link, or call us at camp and we would be happy to assist you! Once you are logged in, please click “Email” on the top of the page.

Sending Emails

Please note, you will only be able to send emails whilst your camper is in camp. The image above shows how the Email System looks. Once your camper is at camp, you can click “Send Email” or “Invite Others”. If your camper is not at camp, you will not be able to click “Send Email” or “Invite Others” to send emails prematurely, as they will be greyed out. Please use desktops to send emails as iPad or smartphones are not as reliable in using the email system. The email system is not mobile optimized, hence results may vary. You can even choose to share your email credits with family and friends.  You can always see how many email credits you have remaining so you don’t have to worry about running out of credits unexpectedly.

Inviting Others

You can invite family and friends to send emails to your campers.  Invitees don’t need to set up accounts.  Instead, they will receive an email with a link they can click on to get into the system.  Clicking on that link is like logging into an account, so they can keep that email in their inbox to “log in” again in the future.
